Where would I like to get involved?

  • How far away from my home should the activity be at most?
  • Would I also consider volunteering digitally?

Who would I like to volunteer for?

  • Do I want to accompany and support individuals or a small group?
  • Can I imagine working with other people?

What kind of activities can I imagine doing?

  • Practical tasks, e.g., cooking with others, gardening, or manual labor?
  • Is it important to me to contribute my own interests and experiences, e.g., creative hobbies, languages, music, etc.?
  • Can I imagine helping with celebrations or accompanying excursions?

What motivates me to volunteer?

  • Do I want to accompany people and pursue a common goal?
  • Do I want to gain professional orientation through volunteering?
  • Do I want to work toward a socio-political goal, e.g., participation in social life?
