What kind of activities can I imagine doing?
- Practical tasks, e.g., cooking with others, gardening, or manual labor?
- Is it important to me to contribute my own interests and experiences, e.g., creative hobbies, languages, music, etc.?
- Can I imagine helping with celebrations or accompanying excursions?
What motivates me to volunteer?
- Do I want to accompany people and pursue a common goal?
